Very good stay.very polite employees especially Mr Pratyush Kumar. They gave us 2 hours more for check out free. Buffet restaurant was very good and breakfast as well. Location good and quiet.

Breakfasts are fantastic! The spa is also excellent - I had two Balinese massages followed by time in the steam room. Very relaxing. The hotel is also excellent at transporting you to/from the airport.

The security measures were also great, providing a sense of safety throughout my stay. Finally, the reception indian pretty lady, while I was checking in (I'm not sure of her name), who was very sweet and friendly. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of service and the care taken to make my stay as pleasant as possible. Thank you again for such a wonderful experience. The food was really awesome. The hotel is very clean , however, the aircon stops in between . If windows are allowed to open, then a slight mouldy smell could be prevented . Overall, it's a place to be highly recommended.

This family-run estate spread across 20-acres offers accommodation in Masinagudi at the foothills of the Nilgiris. The location of course! The food! All day sitting in the balcony we can see deer and monkeys. It was just wonderful!
