Chef Raj and chef Sanil kumar were constantly meeting us to ensure we were comfortable. We even had a wonderful unique dining experience on our anniversary. Chef Sanil was personally involved in curating the menu. The Manager Restaurants , Mr Sajjith was exceptional. He was attending to us everyday and even making some cocktails with the limited inventory. Some people who made our trip memorable were - Sajjith , Raj & Sanil , Akshay and Ameer ( interns ).

From the food service to guard they have been the most humble and always with the best smile on their faces. The rooms are spacious and neat. Love and the best experience. The resort is beautifully maintained, peaceful, and offers stunning views of Chembra Peak and the surrounding hills. Manager Vineeth and his team went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Despite arriving at 5:30 a.m., Mr. Vineeth promptly responded to our call and kindly arranged an early check-in for a small additional fee. The self-service buffet breakfast was delicious, and while the canteen food was simple, it was consistently tasty. Overall, it was an excellent and serene experience. I highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Wayanad.

O Pepper Trail está situado numa plantação de café e de especiarias com cerca de 80 hectares, onde disponibiliza casas de árvore, suites património e villas com piscina. We loved the location, the property, the staff was very friendly and supportive and food was amazing too and was better than outside food. Extra activities like trail visit and teat tasting was amazing with excellent knowledge.
