Located in Selfoss, Hotel South Coast features a restaurant, fitness centre, bar, and free WiFi throughout the property. Each accommodation at the hotel has city views. Sauna is available. Very comfy and clean, downtown location within walking distance to a lot of restaurants and cafes. Staff was friendly and helpful, and breakfast was excellent!

This guest house is set on a family-owned, working farm with animals. Central Selfoss in southern Iceland is 7 km away. WiFi, sauna and outdoor hot tub access are free. Our room was spacious and comfortable and we enjoyed the hot tub and sauna in the evening. We also took a little time to meet all the animals and enjoy the farm. The location was also great, a quick drive to Selfoss with groceries, restaurants and anything you would need but also enjoy the countryside at the same time. The staff at breakfast was also helpful with giving advice about our plans for the day.

Situated in central Vestmannaeyjar, this hotel offers free sauna access, free parking and rooms with free Wi-Fi access and a TV. Vestmannaeyjar Golf Club is a 12-minute walk away. The hotel was fresh and contemporary- very comfortable and efficient. The staff were all friendly and helpful. great bar- with a real bartender. Dinner in the restaurant was fantastic and the server was a pro, and knowledgeable about the island and gave recommendations for next day activities.

Upon our arrival we were upgraded to a better room for free. Out of the 9 nights we stayed in Iceland in different hotels ION Adventure Hotel was the one we saw the northern lights in. The hotel offers wake up call service if the lights appear at any time during the night which is awesome (saves you time and fuel driving around all night looking to see them). Highly recommend this place even if you do not see the lights it’s a hidden Gem especially the Infiniti pool/spa. Thank you ION for the amazing experience and the great hospitality!!!
