Everything about the property exceeded expectations. The room was great, the pool was great, and the breakfast was amazing. The hosts helped arrange all of our dining and beach reservations. The Emesh name must carry significant value in the area because we were given amazing tables and exceptional service everywhere that we went. If you are visiting Agrigento, I would highly recommend staying here.

Featuring a garden with a free outdoor pool, Doric Eco Boutique Resort & Spa is 2 km from the UNESCO-protected Valley of the Temples. This was a great base for touring around the Agrigento area. The main appeal for us was the private pool each room had. In summer, after a whole day off walking in the heat, relaxing in a pool with a bottle of wine and some snacks was the best. If it was winter, this would need less appealing. The room otherwise was very compact but clean and modernly appointed. Bed comfortable for us. The aircon is a bit noisy at night. We didn't have breakfast, instead we headed to local towns for coffee and cornetto. Are at the restaurant once. It was very good. But it's all about those private pools!

Set 3 km from the Valley of the Temples, Hotel Costazzurra features a museum with a private collection of earthenware from Magna Grecia, ancient Egypt and Rome. Incredible kind and proffessional staf. Everything is going smoothly and easy. Room should be bigger, but it was sufficient. Spotless clean. Very god restaurant with very flexible offer.
