Beautifully designed with cozy and very comfortable rooms. The staff is very helpful and professional. We stayed there for one night and will come back in couple of days for 2 more nights. The room, hotel, and surroundings were incredible but what we will be talking about for years is the service. Not sure if I can say names on here but the very personable lady who checked us in (the one that had formerly worked at Disney) was so incredibly helpful, giving us a tour of the whole property upon our arrival which is quite large and giving us many recommendations for our few days in Puglia. The head of the bar program (the one who had previously worked in London) was so passionate about his craft, making very unique cocktail made almost exclusively with ingredients of Puglia or even the property. Some of the best cocktails we have had and great company too. This hotel is first rate and the best hotel we have ever had the pleasure of staying in, it doesn't get any better! We were quite sad to leave and say goodbye to the staff, thanks again for the great experience.

The location of the property is simply amazing. Smack in the middle of the city square and the renovation that has been done on the building and rooms is simply amazing. We really loved the walking distance to all the things around town. We used the property as a hub to travel to the various cities around and nothing was more than 30 mins away. Highly recommend to anyone. Also great restaurants around to enjoy.

Staff was so kind and helpful. Our flight was delayed but the staff still accommodated us even it was almost midnight. The place is relatively new and has an amazing view. Would love to stay again!

Roberto is the best host- very relaxed, happy to help and treating guests like a family who visited home. The pool is great and heated so remains open even in November which the kids loved, it is also very safe. Great jacuzzi, saunas etc. We would love to come back!
