The room was a good size, the bed very comfy, everything was clean and the food was excellent. We ate a few times at the restaurant and were always happy with the quality and taste. The staff was very polite and service oriented. A special call-out to Annette at the reception. She was amazing. Very quick to respond and a pleasure to speak to.

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful restored palazzo right in the centre of the charming town of Gravina. From the warm and friendly greeting, to the sparkling clean and stylishly decorated room, to the amazing breakfast freshly made by a talented in house pastry chef (the cube was one of the best pastries I've had in Italy!), we didn't want to leave. This is the definition of a historic boutique guesthouse, totally updated for modern day needs. We are already looking forward to our next stay. Grazie mille e a presto!

The owner welcomed us warmly and took the time to share the history of the hotel, the town, and the surrounding area. He really made our stay special. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, blending elegance with comfort. The spa area and especially the pool are extraordinary. While the location is a bit outside of Bari, it turned out to be an asset, offering a more serene and relaxing environment. Plus, the charming neighbouring town of Polignano a Mare is easily reachable, adding to the allure of our stay. If you are looking for a peaceful retreat with outstanding hospitality, I cannot recommend Le Carasse highly enough!

The accommodation offers a hot tub, free WiFi throughout the property and family rooms. Beautiful, clean, safe, spacious, well equipped, excellent cafe/breakfast/room service, wonderful spa and spa services, and, of course, impeccable staff in all areas (including multi-lingual speakers) - highly recommend!!!

Comfortable beds, spacious rooms, great wifi, incredible service, lovely view and breakfast was an absolute treat each day. The location was very close to Pogliano a Mare and Monopoli and easy to get to by car. We enjoyed lots of time at the pool after morning trips to various towns around the area. Highly highly recommend staying here while in Puglia!!
