The accommodation offers a hot tub. Everything was awsome. The hotel is very clean and the staff very nice. We will return hopefully next year to have more time to visit Napoli and of course that we will choose the same hotel. You must try the rooftoop of the hotel, is great!

The place is new, clean and very cozy. You have everything you need both in the hotel and around you (great location). We booked two nights here before and after a cruise - perfect place since it’s very near to the port (walkable) and also around only 15 min from the airport (there are shuttles). Staff was incredibly kind and friendly, also fluent in English. They gave us tips on places and restaurants to visit, and helped us with booking a taxi back to the airport since we had an early flight. Breakfast is included during your stay and it’s very fresh, tasty and accompanied by amazing coffee. Definitely recommend the place!

The location is perfect for the two main roads in Naples, Spaccanapoli and Toledo. It was an easy walk to the Beverello port to catch a ferry. Our host was easy to reach and so very nice. The room was sparkling clean and modern. Having the hot tub was a major plus considering all the walking we did in the city!

The breakfast offers buffet, à la carte or continental options. I love the family/staff who are there, from gardeners , room attendant, owners, restaurant staff. They were all so kind, helpful and they gave us a lot of tips on how to enjoy Ischia to the max (airport transfers, best pizza on the island, beach, boat island tour, going around, etc, etc). The room was impeccably clean (hubby only stays in immaculately clean rooms) . Thought it was small at first, but actually was very comfortable size-wise and had a super view of the sea and garden from the balcony. The garden was beautiful with its diverse flora , so well kept, it’s a pleasure to savor the beauty of them all. The pools (one normal with jets , 1 thermal) were perfect for 4 couples to swim at the same time, so sizes are ok. Enough umbrellas and lounge chairs for all to enjoy. Breakfast was consistently good, with more than enough selection , can always order egg dishes as well. Our 5-course dinner on Sunday was with cognilio (famous specialty of Ischia) or fish as main dish , served. We opted for the fish though, so we missed the opportunity to taste the island’s best fish. But, we were more than satisfied with the fish too and pleasantly surprised how great each course was, the presentation and taste! Ambience for dinner at the terrace was also quite romantic .

Amazing location, right near the Reggia (go and visit it!), great food within walking distance. The house itself has everything you need, and Alessandra is super helpful and flexible - totally recommend!

The property was very clean, in a very good location with an amazing view of Piazza Bovio. Room was quite big, including the bathroom. Very easy to find and navigate, would recommend!

The host also left us a small bottle of sparkling wine which was very nice of him. The view from the balcony overlooking Napoli and Vesuvius was spectacular! There are plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby. We really enjoyed our stay here :)

Great service provided by the owner, he picked us from and to the airport for a fee and dropped us very close to the property with all instructions. He also took us to the City and suggested some places where to eat and shop. Information and photos of the property were as described and they fulfilled our expectations. We felt safe in the neighborhood.
