At the wellness centre you can book relaxing massages or rejuvenating beauty treatments. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful as well as very professional in their jobs. The design of the hotel is very interesting. I would say among all the hotels I stayed in, this room/ bathroom I liked the most. It is a combination of retro with luxury with modern comfort and fantasy. Trip by boat to the private beach is awesome. Food was good.

The staff was exceptional, from the beginning of our stay through the end. The welcome aperitif and chocolates were a nice touch to transition to the calm of the resort. The personal note in the room was appreciated. Cristina (front desk) was very attentive. Gianluca was excellent in attending us at breakfast and dinner as were the captains in the dining room. The gardens were attended with meticulous care, and the housekeeping staff was so efficient. The lifeguards were pleasant and the spa services were excellent. The Lunaria restaurant was also a joy to experience. So much to say about how wonderful our visit was. Thank you to the staff, who really can make the difference!
