The room we were originally in did not have functioning AC. The onsite staff member (Victoria) was quick to move us into a new room to ensure we were comfortable for the remainder of our stay. She was very pleasant and helpful. After our stay, we required a detailed invoice and the owner of the villa was kind a d quick to answer our request. The facility itself was beautiful, comfortable and clean. There was lots to do within the grounds and a decent breakfast every morning. Highly recommend!

Wonderful welcome and tour of the palazzo from the very friendly and accomodating hostess. Absolutely beautiful place decorated with a lot of taste. The rooftop terrace tops it off with amazing view of Aci Reale, Etna, and down to the sea. Absolutely recommended.

Guest rooms at the hotel are equipped with a seating area and a flat-screen TV.... Wonderful secluded oasis hidden away. The friendliness and generosity of the staff. The beautifully restored architecture and all the carefully selected interior design elements. The delicious food, great breakfast. Everything was wonderful for a 2 day break.
