The hotel has a perfect position, near the city centre, and the staff was very friendly and ready to help with anything. Despite the fact that the spa is usually closing at 19:00, they made the effort of preparing it for us at 20:00 because we had a reservation at a touristic attraction which we couldn't cancel. They are interested in offer a good quality of service and thus making the client happy, wich we apreciated very much.
