There is much positive to say: The hosts were very nice and helpful, the view from the terrace is stunning and there is plenty of space. The floor tiles are typical Italian. The kitchen is very well equipped, if you need anything special (cheese grater), the hosts will give it to you. Garbage is collected daily; opposite is an excellent restaurant that cooks with local ingredients. There is one advice: If you sleep with an open window / door as we do, I recommend you use earplugs.

I was warmly welcomed by the host, the apartment was spotlessly clean, and from the windows there is a wonderful view. Everything was perfect.

Everything about our stay was absolutely perfect! Parking: Free and conveniently located right outside the property. Location: In the heart of a vibrant town, with tons of delicious restaurants just steps away. Everything wraps up around 11 PM, so it’s lively but still peaceful for a good night’s sleep. Supermarket: Within easy walking distance – no need to drive if you don’t want to. THE HOST – Francesco (OMG!): He went above and beyond! Communication was fast, smooth, and incredibly kind and helpful. Nothing was ever too much trouble. When we returned from our first day trip, we were welcomed with homemade bruschetta and a carafe of wine – such a thoughtful and unexpected surprise! Terraces & Views: The rooftop terraces were amazing, and we had our own private balcony to enjoy as well. Cleanliness & Comfort: Spotless rooms, and the beds were superb – we slept so well! We had an absolute blast during our 10-day road trip through southern Italy, and this stay was one of the major highlights. Already recommended to friends and family – can’t thank Francesco enough!

We loved the view! The place was rustic and comfortable, but the best part was the spectacular view of the mountains, valley, and sea. The outdoor space was perfect, with patio furniture, dining table, hammocks, pool, barbecue, sink, and even fruit trees and herbs right at our fingertips. Inside was nice too, with a large shower, efficient kitchen (the espresso machine was a great addition) and comfortable and clean dining and living spaces. Even though there were only 2 small windows, there was a great view from inside and well. Max and Nino both are friendly and helpful, when we had issues and they did work hard to resolve them. Overall the place is good for those wanting a "real Italy" experience and would need to be booked in great weather to use its best features (the outdoor spaces). We did enjoy our time there and would consider staying again under the right conditions.

Regiohotel Manfredi is the perfect place for a comfortable and relaxing exploration of Puglia and Gargano. It has a gym even though not well equipped, but for some reason gym is not available in many hotels in southern part of Italy! The hotel also has a pool to relax and many comfy sofas in the lobby which is perfect for reading. The room is clean with all needed amenities. The toothbrush saved us a trip to the pharmacy.
