The gardens were beautiful. There are 2 pools, on thermal and one regular, surrounded by beautiful flowers and with view of the sea. Breakfast was great with a lot of variety. We had lunch twice and the food was delicious, especially the tomatoes that they grow on the garden. Paola the owner is great and so welcoming and so are Tosca, Sabina et all the others. Everyone is really helpful. Location is amazing. Close to Citara beach. We recommend this property to everyone.

The room had an amazing view! The on-property spa was outstanding (several hot tubs/whirlpools and sitting areas), very kind staff, breakfast was great, and it was a short walk to the town center where there were several restaurants to choose from. It also had parking which was helpful.

Carlo went above and beyond in every possible way. He even crossed over from Naples just to welcome us personally, give us a full tour of the villa, and make sure we felt completely at ease. He was available 24/7 for any question or need — from local recommendations to small requests — always kind, responsive, and warm. It’s rare to find that level of care and dedication anywhere. Very unique! The villa itself is immaculate: spotlessly clean, beautifully designed with high-quality furnishings, and fully equipped to cook like at home. The mattresses are brand new and incredibly comfortable, and the air conditioning is powerful and covers the entire property — a true blessing in summer! The view? Stratospheric — sweeping, serene, and unforgettable. The silence and peace around the house made it the perfect oasis to unwind. The pool is the cleanest we’ve ever seen, and the lush garden is maintained daily, looking pristine every day of our stay. A special shout-out to Assunta, the housekeeper, who is a true gem! She visited daily to clean and maintain the villa, and change all towels and all sheets every 3 days!!! something we’ve never experienced at any other holiday home before. Her kindness and professionalism added a special touch to our stay. ❤️ We were a group of 10 people, and every single one of us agreed: this is the best villa we’ve ever stayed in, anywhere in the world. The combination of the location, comfort, service, and above all, Carlo’s outstanding hospitality, made this a home away from home in every sense. We loved everything about the casa - breakfast was fulfilling, there is the possibility of very good dinners. Nearby quite peaceful beach (near the bus stop), a pool with very good views, comfortable rooms and very helpful and friendly stuff - all together made our stay so perfect, that we would next time go back and stay longer :)

Indeed, a sign by the thermal heated pool reads "No shouting"! The staff were laid back but attentive, the food 9/10, cleanliness 10/10. Many guests (mostly Italian & German) were there as repeat visitors. Once you go there you will definitely want to return.
