This 3-star hotel offers room service and luggage storage space. Guests can make use of a bar. Very clean room and bathroom, nice and friendly staff. We also went to private spa (25€ per person, but it was worth it)-recommend. They also have restaurant with delicious food.

Fabulous in every aspect. Great architecture, a little boutique like but not small. The personnel was outstanding. Perfection and still understated. The food was in a league of its own. The spa and pool with beautiful views and great service. Really a thru 5 star experience.

The location is exceptional, the apartments are spacious, clean, bright, the staff very well trained and kind. I would like to specially mention Corina (reception) for the kindness and professionalism with which she gave us absolutely all the information for a splendid vacation. The hotel also has an alpaca farm. ❤ It should be emphasized (for the winter) that the hotel is right next to the gondola that leads to the ski area.

Guests at the hotel will be able to enjoy activities in and around Fleres, like skiing and cycling. i liked the room size, cleanness, breakfast was so various and delicious, the spa... all all was super amazing especially the receptionist Claudia she is so friendly and helpful. We arrived late at night, and although the reception was unattended, they had left the keys for us along with a note explaining that we could complete the check-in process and make payment the following morning.
