Location of the Hotel is great, however accessing the parking is not straightforward, but we recived proper instructions in advance. Great service, the staff were very kind and helpful! Located around 24 km from Villa Carlotta, the hotel with free WiFi is also 46 km away from Exhibition Center Lugano. Guests can use the spa and wellness centre with a sauna, and hot tub, as well as a bar. Everything was superb. Amazing view and very comfortable balcony. Apartment was very clean, modern, spacious and comfortable. They also provided a travel cot for our baby which was very useful. There was undergound parking which is accessible by lift which we found very convenient. Nearby restaurants and supermarkets. A walking path right by the lake with direct access from the apartment block.

There is no outside space for the dogs in the apartment block but the edge of the lake and a small dog friendly area is only 200 paces away.
