Small enough to make the stay very personal and the staff were lovely. But with an array of service and facilities you’d expect only from a larger hotel. It was an easy 30min taxi/1.5h water ferry to Bellagio and there was lots of restaurants and things to do in the area. The room was fantastic. It had great finishes, was extremely clean, and had an incredible lake view. The staff were really friendly and helpful giving us lots of tips of things to do. They also helped us deal with a parking ticket we got so that we didn't have to spend our precious vacation time waiting in line at the post office to pay it. The breakfasts and dinners at the hotel restaurant was also great. The portions were big and the price/value ratio was perfect.

The breakfast had to be pre-ordered on the previous night. The selection was large - lot of variety, good quality in a special breakfast place (it looked like a monastery, with great lighting).
