It was just perfect, beautiful and cozy location, staff was friendly and always ready to help when needed. Beautiful concept!

This is by far the most exceptional hotel I have ever stayed at. The rooms were lovely, spacious and comfortable. The pool and jacuzzi were clean and beautiful. The best thing about it however was the host, who was absolutely lovely and treated our children like her own. This is a great property for families because there is so much for kids to do.

The location and the view of Lake Trasimeno was sensational. We loved the modern facilities of the cottage. We enjoyed the history walk around the nearby countryside. This accomodation is perfect if you have a car.

Just enough out of the way to be in restful nature but still fairly close to sites and attractions in the area. Very friendly staff. Great massage was available. Breakfast had tasty home cooked breads and pastries and good coffees.

Situated on the shores of Lake Trasimeno, Hotel Kursaal is set among extensive gardens. It offers free Wi-Fi and air-conditioned rooms with satellite TV. Relaxing, beautiful location on Lake Trasimeno. Our room had a balcony overlooking the lake. The room was sparkling clean with a comfortable bed . The bathroom is a little dated but spacious and clean with plenty of hot water for a shower. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful. We had dinner there most nights and we enjoyed everything we ordered. The staff is probably the best asset of this resort. Everyone is so pleasant and extremely helpful. We didn’t realize that the campground was a part of the hotel property. But actually,that just added to the appeal . And since we were traveling for 6 weeks having access to a washer and dryer was so convenient. We did walk into the center of the town of Passignano a few times during the day, but I wouldn’t do it at night because you are walking on a very busy road. Access to a car is definitely a plus to explore the beautiful area. Upon writing this review we’ve been to two other locations, and we keep wishing we were just back on the lake !

This beautiful 16th-century stone house is in the Umbrian hills and has lovely views of Lake Trasimeno. It is an ideal location for a relaxing break. Beautiful vacation. Excellent staff. Relaxing. Food fresh and delicious. Perfect get away.
