Nothing short of amazing- I would give it a 20/10 score if I could. Paolo is really a fantastic host, and Alessandra who helps out in the morning and during the day is an absolute sweetheart. Their knowledge of the area is also incredible. The Relais is beautiful, full of gorgeous ceramics and each room has its own truly unique character (and is for the most part hand decorated by Paolo). Truly a magical place. You're also close to very nice beaches (for example Spiaggia del Arenauta). 100% would recommend and stay here again. Alessandra also brings fresh fruit, pear juice and pastries every morning and it's all delicious. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had an amazing time here. The hosts were kind and welcoming and the location is perfect. The beaches are not too far away and you can also enjoy everything the city center has to offer. With warm croissants at breakfast and nice, spacious rooms, this can be a great choice for a calm and relaxing stay in the city.

Great location close to center of town, shops and harbor, big apartment with plenty of room, wonderful kitchen. We were there for only one night (came on a flight to FCO and didn’t want to drive all the way to Sorrento), so picked Anzio randomly as 1 hour away from Rome. It was the big surprise of our trip as the town was very charming and we really enjoyed it. We were able to park on the street just below the apartment, there’s paid parking for 1e an hour enforced 9:00-22:00. Loved the balcony, had takeaway pizza in the kitchen.

Casale Pippy is a wonderful venue and Fabrizio was the perfect host from the moment we arrived The villa is off the beaten track, but great directions enabled us to find it without any difficulty. In our minds the best feature was the pool - after a long days drive before we arrived, then a day out in the heat and dust the next day, we made full use of the pool and spa in the evenings. Fabrizio booked a local restaurant for us to eat at one evening which was just a short drive away and was excellent. The apartment in the villa was equipped and had everything we required. We would recommend Casale Pippy to anyone looking for a quiet location outside of Rome.

The house is absolutely perfect, well equipped, clean and spacious. It is located right in front of the beach and the self check-in and check-out were very easy and smooth. Davide was the most amazing host, very kind and communicative. We even forgot to leave the city tax money and he was very understanding and nice about it. From beginning to end, the stay here was incredible. Thank you Davide! We will definitely come back.

From there - about 20 min to Rome's center (e.g. - Colosseo metro station) 10 min. walk to the sea beach. 15 min. drive to Castel Romano outlet village. 30 min. drive to Fumicino airport. The hostess is very friendly and hospitality.
