The dinner was magical, with the food, the view, and the service coming together to create an unforgettable experience. The staff, fluent in Spanish, English, and Italian, ensured a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Everything was amazing, the hotel with the sound of the nature felt like heaven, the view was breathtaking. Their professionalism and friendliness truly enhanced our experience. • The general manager was so kind and welcoming, personally ensuring that all our needs were met and that we felt right at home. • The hygiene standards were top-notch, with meticulous attention to cleanliness and safety throughout the hotel.
