The accommodation has a wellness area, including a sauna. When our flight home was cancelled and rebooked 2 days later, we quickly searched for a 5 star hotel for 2 adults and 4 children. From the moment we arrived at the Radisson Palazzo Touring Club, we knew we made the right choice. The service at the hotel was nothing short of excellent. Smiling & helpful staff, unaware of our circumstances, made the check-in process one of our most memorable: offering ice cream to the kids and welcome drinks for my wife & I. We were then shown a map of Milan and given suggestions on places to visit. Our luggage was brought up to the room promptly and professionally, and the sofa bed was made up when we left the rooms for dinner, in a perfect scheduling. Our original room choices were on different floors, so they upgraded one of the rooms to place our family together. What can I say except the management of service at this hotel is done at such a high level, that it really made us appreciate being "stuck" in Milan for 2 nights. Thank you to all the hotel staff who made this a stay we will not soon forget 🙏🏻

The rooms are clean, spacious, modern and welcoming. Beds are super comfortable. The location is perfect and in walking distance to all restaurants. This property is also accessible for people with disabilities and has rooms equipped with wheelchair access. The staff are AMAZING so friendly and helpful, it was a breath of fresh air, they truly can’t do enough and you never feel uncomfortable with them.

The location worked well for us and though we didn't walk to the City Center it was a quick uber ride there and back. Driving into the City as we did in the evening Milan can be imposing but daytime paints another picture of this lovely city. There is an amazing Thai restaurant called Thai Square. My wife is Thai and said it was exceptional.
