We liked absolutely everything, despite having traveled around Italy for several years and being able to compare. My family rated the hotel as "excellent." The kitchen and chef are at the top of their game! The service is also very good! In the future, I would suggest providing the hotel with several options for activities for teenagers. For example, having bicycles available for cycling and a small gym at the hotel’s disposal would be a great addition.

Set on a hill in the countryside, the area is reachable via a steep country road, 5 km from Porto Ercole, Borgo degli Ulivi features self-catering accommodation with a classic décor. Free WiFi access is available throughout. While the house is a fair drive up the hill, it does have the benefit of a wonderful view as well as the peace and serenity that comes with being isolated. Blasco (The Owner) was extremely helpful on all fronts and any small issues were dealt with immediately. The house is well laid out and there is enough parking for two cars. The aircon is a must these days and all rooms had it. It has a wonderful cosy charm which means that it is as nice to stay here in the winter as it is in the summer.
