Set on a hill in the countryside, the area is reachable via a steep country road, 5 km from Porto Ercole, Borgo degli Ulivi features self-catering accommodation with a classic décor. Some might consider it a bit too isolated as it is a bit of a distance from any amenities and up a steep road, but we love the tranquility of being away from the noise of the town (and the main road) and it gives us the benefit of a beautiful view as well. The rooms are comfortable and well-appointed and air conditioning makes it comfortable in the heat. We have stayed in this property for over 20 years and have seen some significant improvements being made over this period.

Set in the centre of Marina di Grosseto, Hotel Leopoldo II is 150 metres from the closest beach. The hotel SPA are exceptionally well maintained. The pool is enormous. Access to both SPA and pool was available continuously throughout the day without the need to book in advance. The room was at excellent condition and the bathroom was also at very good state. Everything was super clean. The area surrounding the hotel was super silent.
