My husband and I have travelled many places across the world and hands down this was our favourite resort we’ve stayed in. We stayed in May so the prices were reasonable and the weather was perfect for suntanning, swimming, and enjoying the thermal pools. When we arrived we were in aweh at how beautiful the property was. It is all ocean front up the cliff side which makes for easy access to the water and for stunning views. We payed for the room with the sea view/balcony and we are so glad we did. The breakfast was included delicious, they were kind enough to make us scrambled eggs as well. The staff were all extremely helpful and kind, we felt very cared for. The room was beautiful, clean, specious, and the bed/pillows were comfortable! Their restaurant food was very delicious, we ate there some nights and other nights we rented a scooter from the resort and explored the island or we walked up the hill into town. It’s not a long walk but some good hill walking to get used to. There is a really nice simple gym on the facility with a beautiful view as well. Staying at O’Vagnitiello felt very luxurious, having direct access to the thermal pools all day was so relaxing and conveniently steps from all the rooms. There were plenty of pools with different temperatures to choose from. The sauna, cold showers, ocean, paddle boards, and lounge chairs were also all there to add the the perfect experience. We are looking forward to visiting again one day!

Hotel Casa Giuseppina se bucură de o locație excelentă în cartierul Sant'Angelo din Ischia, la 2,6 km de Plaja Sorgeto, la 2,6 km de Sorgeto Hot Spring Bay și la 7 km de Cavascura Hot Springs. Everything!! I am coming back in a few months just to stay at this property again with its delightful hosts! The property has everything: cute rooms with good AC, pool, thermal spa with sauna, restaurant, and bus right outsider the door, plus owners who were just wonderful...a real gem and a real find!

From the moment we arrived, it felt less like a rental and more like staying at a beloved relative’s home — thanks entirely to Carlo Basile, the most gracious and attentive host we’ve ever encountered. Carlo went above and beyond in every possible way. He even crossed over from Naples just to welcome us personally, give us a full tour of the villa, and make sure we felt completely at ease. He was available 24/7 for any question or need — from local recommendations to small requests — always kind, responsive, and warm. It’s rare to find that level of care and dedication anywhere. Very unique! The villa itself is immaculate: spotlessly clean, beautifully designed with high-quality furnishings, and fully equipped to cook like at home. The mattresses are brand new and incredibly comfortable, and the air conditioning is powerful and covers the entire property — a true blessing in summer! The view? Stratospheric — sweeping, serene, and unforgettable. The silence and peace around the house made it the perfect oasis to unwind. The pool is the cleanest we’ve ever seen, and the lush garden is maintained daily, looking pristine every day of our stay. A special shout-out to Assunta, the housekeeper, who is a true gem! She visited daily to clean and maintain the villa, and change all towels and all sheets every 3 days!!! something we’ve never experienced at any other holiday home before. Her kindness and professionalism added a special touch to our stay. ❤️ We were a group of 10 people, and every single one of us agreed: this is the best villa we’ve ever stayed in, anywhere in the world. The combination of the location, comfort, service, and above all, Carlo’s outstanding hospitality, made this a home away from home in every sense. Semiramis Hotel De Charme & Pools offers a 8000 m² palm-lined garden with a thermal pool that comes with beautiful views of the Tyrrhenian Sea. Room was beautiful, decorated in traditional Italian style. Staff were so friendly. Spa facilities were so relaxing and a wonderful addition to the holiday.. Perfect sunset views from our room over the Mediterranean sea. Complete relaxation from start to finish, paradise. We can't wait to go back.

This hotel is located next to Maronti Beach, 1.5 km along the coast from Sant'Angelo. It offers access to a private beach, thermal pools, hydromassage showers and a sauna. Hotelul este situat foarte aproape de plaja, la 2 minute de mers pe jos, într-o zonă cu verdeață multă. O locație romantica, o oaza de liniște. Aproape de capătul linie 5 de autobuz, care face legătura cu portul. Personalul foarte amabil și dispus sa te ajute cu sfaturi și idei de drumeții. Mic dejun copios, pe toate gusturile. Recomand din suflet!

Botania Relais & Spa - The Leading Hotels of the World is 500 metres outside Lacco Ameno, near Ischia’s San Montano Bay and the Negombo thermal spa, easily reached by a footpath. The entire team at Botania went truly above and beyond during our stay. We felt SO welcomed, cherished and cared for. The room was beautiful, comfortable and we were given a complimentary upgrade. The grounds, restaurants and pools were spectacular. Especially the staff, they were truly so engaging, authentic and incredibly friendly. We LOVED the Yoga classes in the morning with Luisa, she adapted the class to our needs and truly helped make the stay even that much for relaxing and wonderful.
