The room was very clean, modern and spacious. The staff was also very friendly. Biggest plus: we were traveling with our dog and everybody was very welcoming and there was even a goody bag waiting in the room for her. Also, the breakfast is one of the best we’ve ever had.

I booked this as accomodation close to Imola circuit, just 30km. Location is perfect, among vineyards, with old tower nearby, close to Faenza, and only 50km from the sea. Views around are amazing. Great breakfast, host has no problem to adjust to our time. He was helpfull and welcoming.

All of the staff were exceptional and went out of their way to see that we received what we requested. I wish we had more than 2 nights here, because we loved everything!

The breakfast is available from 8am until 1pm which was very convenient. You order from a menu rather than buffet style, but you are not limited and everything is presented beautifully and tastes delicious. There is a lovely Rooftop Bar on the 6th floor and they also serve dinner there . We ate there one night and the food was fantastic! There's also a nice view of the sea from up there . We really appreciated that bicycles are available and free to borrow. The pool was lovely and relaxing. We had a car and parking was available for 20 euros a night. The location was great for us, close to the beach and to the main strip of restaurants in Cervia. About a 10min bike ride from the heart of Milano Marritima. Overall a great experience!

The thermal pool and the wellness center are located at 80 mt from the Grand Hotel main biulding, in the same internal thermal park.

Speaking English, Spanish, French and Italian at the reception, staff are willing to help at any time of the day. The staff was really pleasant and amicable.
