The host is very attentive and helpful, always willing to assist with our requests and replied quickly. The room is spacious and exactly as shown in the photos. The Wi-Fi works very well and there is complimentary coffee and tea available 24 hours a day. The only comment is that the room cleaning service was not done during the 4 nights we stayed there. However, when we asked for clean towels and toilet paper, they were provided immediately. Perhaps we should have requested the cleaning instead of assuming it would be done automatically. Delicious breakfast- many varieties of everything! We had wonderful time there with a marvellous view of the Napoli Bay, City of Napoli, Vesuvius and Capri island. The apartment was self catering but Ornella our host offered to make breakfast for us infact, we ordered dinner a couple of times and it was an excellent 3 course meal with wine included. Ornella is the most wonderful host I met during my travels.
