The hotel has an excellent location, right on the main street just a few meters from all the attractions and the elevator to access the beaches. The host is very attentive and helpful, always willing to assist with our requests and replied quickly. The room is spacious and exactly as shown in the photos. The Wi-Fi works very well and there is complimentary coffee and tea available 24 hours a day. The only comment is that the room cleaning service was not done during the 4 nights we stayed there. However, when we asked for clean towels and toilet paper, they were provided immediately. Perhaps we should have requested the cleaning instead of assuming it would be done automatically. But what made it even better was Luigi and front desk staff. He was amazing answered all my questions and gave great recommendations. I will definitely be back

The breakfast was another standout—delicious, varied, and clearly made with quality in mind. And the city itself? Hands down my favorite stop on the trip. The atmosphere, the charm, the energy—everything about it made me want to stay longer. I’ll definitely be coming back.
