The hotel was lovely and the staff was very welcoming, besides their fluency in German, Italian, and English, they also reached out with recommendations for places to go out for food/drinks. The room was equipped with everything you may need, the bed was super comfortable and the view of the terrace was stunning. We even got bathrobes that were so nice and comfy. The breakfast offered plenty of choices, also the staff helped you with the table setting. We loved it there and can't wait to go back. One of the best hotel experiences we've had.

The location was gorgeous, the building was cozy and nicely decorated, the amenities were lovely - hot sauna, ebikes, and a healthy, refreshing breakfast. I also can't overstate how much the staff went above and beyond to make our stay special! Andreas, the director, made us feel very welcome and gave us a lot of great tips.
