The hotel staff from the reception to the restaurant to the housekeepers is perfect. Anything I asked for I get it ASAP. The owner Francisco and his mother is a leader not a boss and all his staff is like a family. Thanks to the whole QUERCETTA family starting from the reception Giorgia,Jacomo, Eleonora & Martina. The Chefs Giovanni, Lorenzo & Elisabetta. I try all the menu plus the Chef was making always a surprise dishes and all what I can say WOWWWWW. The dining Service Claurinda, Juliano, Julia, Suella, Luna, Michela, Bruna, Olympia & specially Tania. Special thanks & big hug to Claurinda & Giorgia. From Montreal, Canada. Set in a 12th-century building in Gubbio, Nikis Resort has 2 pools, 3 bars and a restaurant. It offers free WiFi and air-conditioned accommodation with wooden-beam ceilings. Nikis Resort is very beautiful place with perfect view! The staff was very friendly and helpful. They perfectly solved our one situation what came up! Thanks them a lot! We need to say that dinner was perfect! - The staff was very knowledgeable about wine and Italian food. Only one night but we enjoyed it a lot!

Surrounded by countryside at the borders of Tuscany, Umbria, and Lazio, Altarocca Wine Resort Adults Only has several buildings, rooms and welness suites. Free parking and free WiFi are available. Amazing view, big room (suite), rich selection of food for breakfast, beautiful wines, great restaurant (on site), helpful staff. We had a very nice time.

The managers were also very friendly and helpful. Clean room and comfortable bed. Very quite and peaceful. Would definitely stay again. Truly recommend.
