The hotel staff from the reception to the restaurant to the housekeepers is perfect. Anything I asked for I get it ASAP. The owner Francisco and his mother is a leader not a boss and all his staff is like a family. Thanks to the whole QUERCETTA family starting from the reception Giorgia,Jacomo, Eleonora & Martina. The Chefs Giovanni, Lorenzo & Elisabetta. I try all the menu plus the Chef was making always a surprise dishes and all what I can say WOWWWWW. Absolutely stunning property on the border of Umbria and Tuscany. Our room was a perfect mix of historic and modern and was the perfect place to spend a few nights. The staff were also impeccable - from reception, spa and the restaurant. We loved eating breakfast and dinner at the restaurant and was given complimentary use of the wellness space. Highly recommend to go to both!
