The hotel staff from the reception to the restaurant to the housekeepers is perfect. Anything I asked for I get it ASAP. The owner Francisco and his mother is a leader not a boss and all his staff is like a family. Thanks to the whole QUERCETTA family starting from the reception Giorgia,Jacomo, Eleonora & Martina. The Chefs Giovanni, Lorenzo & Elisabetta. I try all the menu plus the Chef was making always a surprise dishes and all what I can say WOWWWWW. Surrounded by countryside at the borders of Tuscany, Umbria, and Lazio, Altarocca Wine Resort Adults Only has several buildings, rooms and welness suites. Free parking and free WiFi are available. Great experience! The hotel is located in a very beautiful site! Very good breakfast! 2 swimming pools with bar service. Dinner at the hotel restaurant is excellent! Would definitely come back.

The views are amazing, the rooms are clean, breakfast was good. Overall we have had a fantastic trip. But what stood out most is the exceptional service from the staff. We traveled with a 5 month old and above and beyond to make our vacation as good as possible - to a point that dinner was served at our room just so we could enjoy great dinner while looking after our baby. We will be back!

Absolutely stunning property on the border of Umbria and Tuscany. Our room was a perfect mix of historic and modern and was the perfect place to spend a few nights. The staff were also impeccable - from reception, spa and the restaurant. We loved eating breakfast and dinner at the restaurant and was given complimentary use of the wellness space. Highly recommend to go to both!
