The hotel staff from the reception to the restaurant to the housekeepers is perfect. Anything I asked for I get it ASAP. The owner Francisco and his mother is a leader not a boss and all his staff is like a family. Thanks to the whole QUERCETTA family starting from the reception Giorgia,Jacomo, Eleonora & Martina. The Chefs Giovanni, Lorenzo & Elisabetta. I try all the menu plus the Chef was making always a surprise dishes and all what I can say WOWWWWW. The views are amazing, the rooms are clean, breakfast was good. Overall we have had a fantastic trip. But what stood out most is the exceptional service from the staff. We traveled with a 5 month old and above and beyond to make our vacation as good as possible - to a point that dinner was served at our room just so we could enjoy great dinner while looking after our baby. We will be back!

Mirko met us at our car and helped us carry luggage to the apartment. he gave recommendations for places to dine and checked in with us, via text to ensure we didn’t need anything. I received a parking ticket in error and Mirko spent several days printing off emails and proof of payment and talking to the police on our behalf until the fine was reversed. Mirko went so far above to ensure that we were taken care of. And If his kindness want enough, his home was spotless and well appointed. The location was just steps from the Duomo and close to parking. Would definitely recommend and would return in a heartbeat.
