The hotel staff from the reception to the restaurant to the housekeepers is perfect. Anything I asked for I get it ASAP. The owner Francisco and his mother is a leader not a boss and all his staff is like a family. Thanks to the whole QUERCETTA family starting from the reception Giorgia,Jacomo, Eleonora & Martina. The Chefs Giovanni, Lorenzo & Elisabetta. I try all the menu plus the Chef was making always a surprise dishes and all what I can say WOWWWWW. The dining Service Claurinda, Juliano, Julia, Suella, Luna, Michela, Bruna, Olympia & specially Tania. Special thanks & big hug to Claurinda & Giorgia. From Montreal, Canada. Set in a 12th-century building in Gubbio, Nikis Resort has 2 pools, 3 bars and a restaurant. It offers free WiFi and air-conditioned accommodation with wooden-beam ceilings. A beautiful hotel with spectacular views. Lovely historical spaces imaginatively decorated. The rooms are fresh and well appointed. Friendly and helpful staff. It was such a pleasure to see the pride they had in their food and services. The food was delicious and the breakfast generous.

So clean, beds are very comfortable, bathrooms are well provisioned, such lovely amenities in the kitchen. If I could give this 20/10 I would!!

The bed was super cozy, and all the small details were extremely well thought. Cristina was an incredible host: warm, attentive, and kind. The location couldn’t be better, right in the center of the stunning historic town, full of charm and character. It’s peaceful, authentic, and the perfect place to experience the local atmosphere.
