The Property Manager, Pat, and the owner, Neil, were very helpful and welcoming.

Featuring free WiFi, a spa centre, meandering outdoor pool and a salt water pool. The Cliff Hotel offers accommodation in Negril. Really nice hotel, the place was supposedly full but you’d never know! Felt like we were the only guests there. V peaceful. Staff attentive, pool great (and empty!), only had a few meals in but they were v nice.

A place out of time with a real old-fashioned Jamaican vibe, and sustainability- and conservation-conscious. So many lovely little touches. The rum taster session in the underground cave was especially cool! The band who played us Bob Marley songs under the stars.... The staff were all, without exception, super friendly and helpful. New friends were made! The place feels like a family, complete with lovely family of tiny cats ❤️

My major issue was with bookings I would advise any one who using booking to be care the price they have given was different when I went to the hotel it was almost $300 over the price that bookings gave to me so please be careful with bookings I reach out bookings and no one had response to me but again thanks to all the staff.
