Many properties say "luxury" but I don't know compared to what, this is a really luxurious experience that makes you feel like a king. In a lot of hotels throughout the Middle East, staff are sometimes not so well trained and even receptionists are limited compared to people in other parts of the world. Here, they were very on point, efficent, kind, great language skills. I had the opportunity to talk with the spa staff, also fantastic. A fantastic experience all over.

Overlooking the Red Sea, this beach resort offers 5 different dining outlets and an outdoor pool bordering white sandy beaches. Its modern designs add to the tranquillity of the surroundings. Everything was amazing we enjoyed everything from A to Z and i would like to specifically thank few names of the staff , mohammed awad , bajes , chef moemn and abdullah for their outstanding customer service and genuine care that made difference 🙏🏻

I especially want to highlight Munira at the reception - she was extremely friendly and helpful, taking the time to explain how to get to Wadi Rum.

During my recent stay at the camp, I appreciated that the facilities were relatively clean, especially considering the desert environment. The staff tried their best to be friendly and welcoming. However, I felt that the level of professionalism could be improved. One point of concern was the extra hidden charge for bubble rooms and transportation to the camp. When I raised this issue, I was told that all camps follow similar practices. This highlights the need for government oversight to ensure transparency and fairness across the tourism sector. I understand the economic challenges facing the tourism industry in Jordan, but it’s clear that the Ministry of Tourism needs to play a more active role in regulating and organizing the business. Transparency is key—tourists should know exactly what they are paying for, and hidden fees should be eliminated. Overall, while the natural beauty of Wadi Rum, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of clarity, professionalism, and customer care.

The location, the facilities, the food and the staff is really great. We booked it briefly before our arrival and the team and Yahia the manager managed to arrange for us a fun half-day tour and dinner. The room is very comfortable and affords a panoramic view of the wadi. We will stay here again. Highly recommended.
