This 4-star resort in Jordan is situated at the lowest spot on earth. The family oriented resort has outdoor pools with water slides and a terrace overlooking the Dead Sea. The hotel offers free WiFi.... quartos confortáveis; banheiro bom; café da manhã farto e variado; atendentes muito simpáticos; hotel com muita infraestrutura, várias piscinas, restaurantes, shows a noite, lojinhas, spa, etc.; a estrutura na parte do mar morto também é muito boa, com várias cadeiras para você ficar deitado relaxando, chuveiro com água doce, balde de lama, salva-vidas e até carrinho de transporte de volta ao hotel; o hotel também organizou nosso transfer de volta ao aeroporto e isso foi muito prático. em suma, é um ótimo hotel e eu fiquei foi triste de ter passado tão pouco tempo, porque queria ter tido mais tempo para aproveitar com mais calma a hospedagem!

Everything was great. The staff was so kind and friendly. The location is awesome, you just have to go downstairs to get to the Dead Sea. I did not use the pools, but looked great.

The hotel stands out with its excellent services, multiple heated pools, and spa services, along with all the necessary amenities. Additionally, there are several restaurants, including a Lebanese restaurant, the main restaurant, and another serving international dishes. The hotel staff, composed entirely of young Jordanians, make your stay an unforgettable memory. They are always smiling and welcoming wherever you go, dedicated to serving guests with great commitment. They make you feel as if you are a guest in their home rather than in their workplace. A big thank you to all the employees, including those at the reception, restaurants, and throughout the hotel. A special thank you to Mr. Saeed at the pool for his outstanding service, limitless dedication, and commitment to ensuring our comfort.
