Super location in Wadi Musa, in the middle of the town Only 3 mins drive from Petra and the owner would drive us there every day for free We got so lovely welcomed with the best tea I drank in all Jordan, our luggage was brought to the room. Breakfast is very nice and typical Arabic, on the 5th floor with amazing view over the city The owners Ammar and Omair truly know how to manage a hotel and no words to describe their outstanding 24/7 guest service! Just WOW! They also offer different tours, which we can only recommend, we got so spoiled with an unforgettable tour to Wadi Rum - before you book any agency ask them and trust me you will not be disappointed. Breakfast was a standout experience, offering a wide variety of dishes, more than we could possibly finish. They even accommodated our dietary restrictions seamlessly, ensuring we had everything we needed. Hazem at the front desk, was outstanding, providing his WhatsApp number for any assistance while we were in town. He truly went the extra mile by checking on us that evening and following up with us after we left to ensure we arrived safely at our next destination. His kindness and excellent service made us feel truly welcome and at home. A special mention also goes to Vida at the restaurant. She was so sweet and provided excellent service. Highly recommend this hotel for its warm hospitality and personalized service!
