We stayed there as a family, and the staff exceeded our expectations. A young staff member accompanied us to the visitor center to help us buy our tickets to visit the ruins . The front office lady, Ayaa, was incredibly nice and hospitable she gave us a worthy recommendation for our dinner. We enjoyed a delightful dinner on the rooftop with a beautiful view, Anas and Saif, the waiters were amazing and professional. The rooms were big and clean, they provided us with good sets of shampoo and conditioner. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back.
