Petra Plaza Hotel offers a sauna. Everything was very nice, we stayed for 2 nights, they cleaned the room every day and put free fruits, drinks and sweets in the room. They even gave us small surprises at the exit. I recommend this hotel to everyone

Breakfast was a standout experience, offering a wide variety of dishes, more than we could possibly finish. They even accommodated our dietary restrictions seamlessly, ensuring we had everything we needed. Hazem at the front desk, was outstanding, providing his WhatsApp number for any assistance while we were in town. He truly went the extra mile by checking on us that evening and following up with us after we left to ensure we arrived safely at our next destination. His kindness and excellent service made us feel truly welcome and at home. A special mention also goes to Vida at the restaurant. She was so sweet and provided excellent service. Highly recommend this hotel for its warm hospitality and personalized service!

The hotel is 3 minutes from the entrance to Petra, so the location is very convenient. Dinner and breakfast times were always respected. Both breakfast and dinner were very plentiful and the food was delicious. The staff was extremely kind and helpful, they even booked the tickets for Petra by night for us. We had a great time.
