I recently stayed at Petra Plaza Hotel with my wife and two teenage children, and it was an exceptional experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The facilities were top-notch, offering everything a family could need for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was a standout feature, with a buffet offering over 20 items, catering to all tastes and dietary needs. It was the perfect start to our days of exploring. The hotel's location is fantastic – just a minute's walk from the town center, where we found plenty of supermarkets and restaurants, making it extremely convenient. Additionally, Petra was only a 5-minute car ride away, which made visiting this world wonder very convenient. Our family room was ideal, with a separate space for my wife and me, providing privacy and comfort. The room was spotlessly clean and thoughtfully stocked with complimentary tea, coffee, water, and snacks, which was a lovely touch. Overall, I highly recommend Petra Plaza Hotel for families or anyone looking for a convenient and welcoming place to stay near Petra.

This newly renovated hotel in Wadi Musa provides a free shuttle to Petra Gate and its visitor’s centre, 1 km away. It also offers a sun terrace, 24-hour room service and free Wi-Fi access. Super location in Wadi Musa, in the middle of the town Only 3 mins drive from Petra and the owner would drive us there every day for free We got so lovely welcomed with the best tea I drank in all Jordan, our luggage was brought to the room. Breakfast is very nice and typical Arabic, on the 5th floor with amazing view over the city The owners Ammar and Omair truly know how to manage a hotel and no words to describe their outstanding 24/7 guest service! Just WOW! They also offer different tours, which we can only recommend, we got so spoiled with an unforgettable tour to Wadi Rum - before you book any agency ask them and trust me you will not be disappointed. We had a fantastic two-day stay at this hotel. The staff was exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort not just at the hotel but also by providing helpful information about Petra and the surrounding area. We dined at the hotel restaurant both nights. While the dinner options were somewhat limited, the food was wonderful. Breakfast was a standout experience, offering a wide variety of dishes, more than we could possibly finish. They even accommodated our dietary restrictions seamlessly, ensuring we had everything we needed. Hazem at the front desk, was outstanding, providing his WhatsApp number for any assistance while we were in town. He truly went the extra mile by checking on us that evening and following up with us after we left to ensure we arrived safely at our next destination. His kindness and excellent service made us feel truly welcome and at home. A special mention also goes to Vida at the restaurant. She was so sweet and provided excellent service. Highly recommend this hotel for its warm hospitality and personalized service!

Perfectly clean, cozy and comfortable. The breakfast is really tasty. And it'only 4 min with a car to Petra visitor's center and 5' walking to the city center. The big star however goes to the staff. The guy was so helpful, so accurate with all recommendations! He helped us to prepare a plan to visit most of Petra giving the little time we had. He also arranged a lunch boxes for all of us for Petra visit, as a compliment. We were a group of 11 and felt in secure hands while with him!
