Love the swimming pool and the room service that deliver the food to our rooms. The facilities are all very clean and new. Also the location of the hotel is just right at the door of the visitor centre so it’s very convenient after a whole day of heavy hiking you’d be so exhausted just to walk any further into the downtown area.

This newly renovated hotel in Wadi Musa provides a free shuttle to Petra Gate and its visitor’s centre, 1 km away. It also offers a sun terrace, 24-hour room service and free Wi-Fi access. The location of the hotel was perfect. Close to a lot of restaurants and supermarkets. The room was nicely decorated and clean. We had good views over Petra. The staff was super helpful, they provide free shuttle to Petra visitor centre that's a bonus. Breakfast is also good and again views are fascinating. We really enjoyed our stay, and if we ever come to Petra in the future, we will happily stay here again.

The room with the mountain view is amazing - sunset from this place was maybe the most beautiful we've seen in Jordan.. There is a rooftop restaurant where people fight to take places next to window, while you can get it just for yourself, sitting in comfortable chair. very tasty breakfast. But this is not the best in this hotel. The lady supervisor is the nicest, the most organized person I've met in any hotel. Whatever we needed, one word and she took care of it. Confidence, control and positive energy. She could easily be head of any hotel in the world. Great stay, fully recommend

Sunset Hotel is situated opposite the main entrance to Petra (3-minute walk away), in Wadi Mousa. It features free Wi-Fi in public areas and an outdoor restaurant. The staff was very friendly, the breakfast and dinner buffets were very complete, and it's actually a five-minute walk from the entrance to Petra and the bus terminal, which made it very convenient. Recommended.

The hotel’s rooftop garden terrace offers views of the hills. the Hotel itself is really neat, modern, clean, very well decorated!! the staff is very friendly even though we did not need an early check in (just wanted to left our travel bags..) they offered us the room around 11am with no extra charge (we did not use the room, but still we did appreciate the gesture!) the room was a really nice surprise!! everything perfect! very clean, very comfortable!! I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to any person visiting Petra.. this time I travelled with my wife BUT considering Petra and this really nice hotel.. we are planning to return again with our two (adult) sons. the dinner in the roof? superb!!! not only the food was delicious, the view, the service...everything went perfect!!
