I loved this experience. Almost like a retreat. The bath facilities (hot tubs/sauna) were relaxing and healing after long days of visiting Tokyo. Lounge wear, towels, lockers were provided. Everything was tidy and extremely clean. The capsule sleeping area was quiet, private, sturdy, comfortable, roomy: each pod had sheets, a pillow, blanket, shelves, TV and even a small closet w/a lock. There were restaurants, food/drink vending machines, lounge chairs, a library, work areas, fast Wi-Fi, all within the facility. Safe area with stores and train station nearby.

The staff were lovely and provided great service. The place is convenient with plenty of amenities to choose from. It’s a bit of a walk from the station, but still okay. I booked the Superior Double Room, which was very spacious, had a great bathroom and wonderful views. The curtains can be closed electrically while sitting on the bed. The bed was very comfortable with great pillows. The room had a desk to work on with a view. The hotel has direct access to Makuhari Messe, which was important to us. Great breakfast and friendly staff all around.
