I enjoyed the space of the room and the cleanliness. The staff was very attentive and helpful everytime I asked a question.

The staff was super kind and provided top notch service. The room was great for family of 4 and the amenities were replenish daily. They room was super clean and so was the hotel. The food was excellent. The location was great only 10 min walk to the train station and by 2 or 3 giant malls. We loves being in a not crowded area

Those looking for a cocktail should head to silva Bar. We had a beautiful and large room overlooking the bay. Everything was clean and staff helpful. We also could book a late checkout. It is just a 3 minute walk to the Disney Resort Line and there was also a free shuttle to it.

I recommend choosing the Park View room if you’re staying with a large family—it has four beds, which is very convenient. A big plus is the gift shop with Disney goodies, perfect if you want to buy a Mickey ear headband before entering the park or grab some gifts before you leave. There’s also a pharmacy on-site, which is very handy.

Our stay with our kids has been exceptional, everyone in the hotel are helpful and provides good service. We are also able to forward our luggages to Tokyo via the hotel, they have been very helpful. Breakfast options are excellent, we love it. Free flowing drinks is the highlight for my kids who loves to get their hot or iced cocoa when they can. The public bath is very clean. I especially love spending time in the steam sauna while waiting for our laundry. Lastly, location is just good. Train station is nearby and a lot of nearby places to dine and shop.
