The staff was exceptional, they went out of there way to make our stay special, we were late coming out of immigration and they waited for our group as well as taking us back to Narita Airport when we inadvertently missed the bus. We cannot stress enough how great they were and so very accommodating 😁

I enjoyed the space of the room and the cleanliness. The staff was very attentive and helpful everytime I asked a question.
