Entrance to the park is free for hotel guests but you have to pay per ride or buy a day pass for 6000 yen. Onsen was also very nice. Very nice view from the breakfast hall but if it’s raining you will not see mt Fuji.

We got the zoo themed room with four beds (not a bunk bed and 2 beds). The kids absolutely loved the decor. It was the largest room we've had in Japan so far with a sleeping area, lounge, kitchen, wardrobe and bathroom. We loved the washing machine and drying function in the bathroom which made it very easy to wash and dry all our clothes. There are no plates or cutlery in the room but the staff are happy to provide disposable ones upon request.
