Very cozy stay, perfect place to chill after extensive travel through Japan. Amazing breakfast with lots of options (both Japanese and European). Nice staff, and the main point of my visit - onsen. Onsen was superb and didn’t expect it to be separated between woman and men but that’s a big plus as I could fully enjoy and get comfortable. Then their spa products for skincare and a drink from a bar! There is a great wagyu restaurant nearby. Amazing stay, best place to relax!

Excellent location, 3 mins walk to JR station and bus terminal. Easy walk to 2 morning markets and the old town. Found great eatery just next to hotel. Receptionist Rina Mizuno is extremely helpful - pointed out the nearby laundromat and ramen shop, even send the different sized pajamas to room and help enter restaurant reservation in Japanese. The spa has great view. There are 5 different types to pillow with detailed descriptions, allowing us to make ourselves comfortable.

I explored the area, and it was very beautiful. The hotsprings were super relaxed. Breakfast/dinner was also delicious. And of course, very friendly staff. I asked if tattoos were okay for the hotspings, and they said it was okay. Although there was a sign saying no tattoos (as well on website), they seemed to be really nice about it & allowed it. Bonus points for that.

Location is perfect because it's nesr Shin Hortaka Ropeway. Dinner and Breakfast is good. Onsen is very good. All staff is the best. The room is large and clean. Welcome drink is well.
