This is a lovely hotel in a great location. Easy to get from the train station by tram and very close to the main shopping area. A nice walk to the Peace Park.

The rooms are small but we had everything we needed to be comfortable. The breakfast was nice and had a lot of options. The hotels location is central, making it easy to get around.

Excellent service. Shuttle bus from the station was nice. Traditional Japanese room and food. Private onsen with a great view was something special.

Very nice staff, we were able to store our suitcases before check in and after check out. The Onsen has 3 baths and one sauna with no additional cost to use. Really enjoyed staying at this very central hotel and would recommend to everyone!

We knew the hotel was super well located when we booked but we discovered that the staff is incredibly nice and helpful and the facility is very well maintained. And, cherry on top of this delicious cake, they are very thoughtful about the guest, with a pillow bar or a welcome drink. Last but not last, the breakfast is excellent!
