BREATH HOTEL ligger i Fujisawa, 16 minutters gang fra Katase Higashihama Strand og 10 km fra Tsurugaoka Hachimangu-helligdommen. This place is so special. I stayed in the junior suite with a view of the beach and お富士様 and did not want to leave. It was so beautiful. The staff are wonderful. They go the extra mile to help and assist you. A staff member even drove me to a convenience store and helped me complete the forms to transfer my luggage to the next hotel. The bed is large and comfortable. The linen is great, Lots of pillows. The breakfast delivery to my room every morning was perfect to eat on my balcony watching the world. The tea/coffee maker was great as well The toiletries and complimentary drinks were so thoughtful.

Hakone Honbako 箱根本箱 ligger i Hakone, 10 km fra Hakone-Yumoto Station, og har en terrasse, en restaurant og et spa- og wellnesscenter samt gratis privat parkering. We had an incredible stay at Hakone Honbako. My only regret was that we did not stay longer. The little snack stations dispersed throughout the hotel were lovely, with tasty treats. Beds were extremely Comfort, ryokan was special, the hotel felt so quiet and relaxing, everything was perfect! The dinner was delicious and arguably the best meal of our trip - the dishes were so thoughtful and I appreciated the use of local ingredients.

Every aspect was carefully thought out from pre arrival through to departure. The ‘tree house’ vibe was sublime. The bed was like sleeping in a cloud…The Japanese restaurant was superb - we definitely hope to return for a longer stay as 1 night was not enough.

Set in Hakone’s natural beauty, Gora Kadan is located a 5-minute walk from Gora Station on the Hakone Tozan Line. Guests can leisurely soak in the hot spring bath, relax with a massage treatment. I was extremely satisfied with my stay. The staff were very friendly and explained everything clearly, and I even received a lovely photo keepsake in kimono. I booked an in-room shiatsu massage and acupuncture. Absolutely amazing. The traditional Japanese breakfast and the kaiseki dinner were truly exceptional, Michelin-level quality that exceeded my expectations. My only regret is that I couldn’t stay longer than one night. I’m already looking forward to my next visit.
