The level of attention to details in the design and facilities is quite remarkable (lighting placement; sliding doors, design is simple Japanese with a modern touch). Staff very friendly and helpful. Quite a few different metro stations are within reach of the hotel. Room was very spacious with an excellent view of Tokyo skyline. Gym large and in good condition.

The breakfast was incredible and we also have dinner, which was also amazing, the atmosphere, the food, everything. It was a Awesome experience.

The room is very classic since the hotel is quite years. However, the lobby area was quite crowned as a lot of locals and hotel guests visited a lot during the day

The breakfast was fabulous, with over 100 dishes. It offers good all times services which are hardly encountered in European 5 stars hotel, such as pijamas, newspapers by the door in the morning, full face treatment products in the bathroom. The location is also very convenient, not only for trains, but also for buses and taxis.

Its a super beautiful elegant hotel in an amazing location- we loved it and wish we could have stayed longer. They were very kind and refunded the cancellation fee of our initial booking as our child fell sick- so it was obvious that when we replanned the trip we stayed with them! The rooms are clean, modern with lovely views of the city. Room service and guest relations response was prompt and so caring. I would say this is a five star hotel. With incredible value for money.

Japanese dishes are offered for both breakfast and dinner. Very nice hotel, great room and experience. The staff where all very kind, and we where very well taken care off. We highly reconend staying here for anyonw wanting a traditional Japanese stay! The area around the Hotel is also very beautifull, and there are plenty of opportunities for hikes and sightseeing inn the beutifull nature.

Rooms feature bathtubs with natural hot-spring water. The hotel went beyond our expectations. Everything was excellent from the moment we arrived to when we checked-out. The hotel staff is extremely friendly and professional, the onsen area is beautiful and has a view over the mountains surrounding the hotel. For breakfast, we opted for the traditional Japanese restaurant and everything was perfect, form the food to the ambience and the location.
