The level of attention to details in the design and facilities is quite remarkable (lighting placement; sliding doors, design is simple Japanese with a modern touch). Staff very friendly and helpful. Quite a few different metro stations are within reach of the hotel. Room was very spacious with an excellent view of Tokyo skyline. Gym large and in good condition.

Everything was great the service was very professional. The room is very classic since the hotel is quite years. However, the lobby area was quite crowned as a lot of locals and hotel guests visited a lot during the day

Re-opened in 2012 after thorough renovations, the Tokyo Station Hotel is registered as an Important Cultural Property and boasts gorgeous rooms in a classical European style. The hotel offers good value for money. The breakfast was fabulous, with over 100 dishes. It offers good all times services which are hardly encountered in European 5 stars hotel, such as pijamas, newspapers by the door in the morning, full face treatment products in the bathroom. The location is also very convenient, not only for trains, but also for buses and taxis.

Located just a 5-minute walk from the popular Ginza area, Daiichi Hotel Tokyo offers spacious modern rooms with free WiFi. Its a super beautiful elegant hotel in an amazing location- we loved it and wish we could have stayed longer. They were very kind and refunded the cancellation fee of our initial booking as our child fell sick- so it was obvious that when we replanned the trip we stayed with them! The rooms are clean, modern with lovely views of the city. Room service and guest relations response was prompt and so caring. I would say this is a five star hotel. With incredible value for money.

Very nice hotel, great room and experience. The staff where all very kind, and we where very well taken care off. We highly reconend staying here for anyonw wanting a traditional Japanese stay! The area around the Hotel is also very beautifull, and there are plenty of opportunities for hikes and sightseeing inn the beutifull nature.

Opened in 1878, The Fujiya Hotel features Meiji Era architecture set in Hakone’s natural beauty. The hotel went beyond our expectations. Everything was excellent from the moment we arrived to when we checked-out. The hotel staff is extremely friendly and professional, the onsen area is beautiful and has a view over the mountains surrounding the hotel. For breakfast, we opted for the traditional Japanese restaurant and everything was perfect, form the food to the ambience and the location.
