Onsens are beautiful, amazing facilities with all amenities. Rooms are spacious and beds are very comfortable. The view is great. A very pleasant stay, would recommend this hotel to everyone. Breakfast was the best buffet we had in our whole trip. French toast are the best we’ve ever had! Bus stop to go around the area is right at the entrance to the hotel.

The room is spacious, comfortable and equiped with everything that is required and a few things more. The service is friendly and efficient. The restaurants are varied and really first class, specially the french restaurant Enchante. The front desk was expedite and the bell boys extremelly helpful. A really excellent experience.

While it is expensive, it is worth every yen, the rooms were beautiful, service impeccable, free amenities, free private sauna, and traditional breakfast brought straight to your room. It was perfect for a night after a hike down from Mitsumine shrine in the rain and thunder. HIGHLY recommend!! Thanks a lot
