The staff was so accommodating, friendly, helpful and kind. The value and quality of the experience was well worth the price. My family and I really enjoyed the onsen, free matcha, hot chocolate, ice cream and ramen. We had a great time using the free massage chairs as well. The breakfast buffet was such a complete and delicious way to start our travel days. It felt like a home away from home and I will book here again! The hotel even helped us ship our luggages to the next hotel right un the comfort of the lobby. The tatami mats were beautiful and soft as we walked through the hotel. The elevators arrived promptly and ran smoothly. Overall, I would 100% recommend this hotel. The location is in a premier spot near Kyoto station and the temple just a walking distance away.
